Founded in 2018 in the heart of the Bourbon Trail, Bourbon Bakery began with a simple mission: bringing the rich, complex flavors of Kentucky bourbon to the world of cheesecakes. Since then, our menu has grown to include a full range of spirits—like spiced rum and limoncello—alongside a variety of traditional cakes, pies, and cookies made without spirits.

Back to Basics: In 2022, we shifted to home-based processing to focus on what matters most: quality over quantity. Operating as a licensed Kentucky cottage bakery allows us to put intentional care into every small batch. This approach means everything is made fresh to order, turning your inspirations into delicious memories.

Flavor Without Compromise: We believe everyone deserves a seat at the dessert table. In 2023, after rigorous testing, we expanded our menu to include gluten-free, vegan, and low-glycemic options.
